+ Number of employees, types of insurance for employees (accident insurance, occupational safety insurance, …).
– Check contractor’s capacity:
+ Check the construction team’s capacity, closely monitor equipment and machinery, check the origin and quality of inputs to serve the project.
+ Inspecting and managing the quality of works the contractor is doing.
+ Monitor and check construction permit information to ensure that all types of machinery and equipment meet quality requirements.
+ Inspect and record building materials laboratories, construction product manufacturing facilities for the work.
– Check and monitor the quality of building materials:
+ Check the quality of the manufacturer, assess the prestige level, the bale structure is in accordance with the general standards or not.
– Supervising and monitoring the entire construction process:
Closely monitor the contractor’s construction process.
+ The inspection results must be clearly recorded in the minutes and the construction logbook.
+ Confirm as-built drawings of the project.
+ Conduct project acceptance test.
+ Check all documents in service of the acceptance of works, materials, equipment, machinery, each item and completion of construction works.
