The BWID – NDV Dong Hai CN4-02 project is located in the heart of Hai Phong’s dynamic industrial zone – a key port city in Northern Vietnam. Covering an area of 11.7 hectares, the project aims to develop a multifunctional factory complex built to international standards, meeting the growing production and logistics needs of both domestic and international enterprises.

The BWID – Bac Tien Phong CN2.1C project is located in a strategic industrial area of Quang Ninh Province – one of Northern Vietnam’s key economic gateways. With a total area of 7.4 hectares, the project is developed to high factory standards, suitable for clean industries, high-tech manufacturing, and modern logistics

The BWID – Thuan Thanh 3B project is a large-scale ready-built factory complex located in a key industrial development area of Bac Ninh Province. With a total area of over 10 hectares, the project offers modern factory infrastructure to meet the needs of manufacturing, logistics, and light industry enterprises.

The Raidon III Manufacturing and Assembly Plant Project is implemented in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, with a total area of 6.0 hectares.

The CCTY Vietnam Factory Project – including industrial land and commercial service land – is a large-scale development covering over 6.7 hectares, for which our company provided design and construction consulting services in 2023.

The Exwin Factory Project is one of the outstanding construction design consultancy projects undertaken by our company in 2024.
