VKC Group was selected as the general contractor for the Jufeng New Materials project
Jufeng New Materials Vietnam is a member of TIANZHEN BAMBOO FLOORING specializing in the production of new finishing materials. VKC Group is very proud to be accompanying the investor from the first day – repairing and renovating the rented factory in 2019 and then being selected as the construction contractor for phase 1 – Lot N (Quang Chau Industrial Park – Bac Giang) with the 60,000m2 of the factory as well as the entire system of ancillary items, technical infrastructure on a total area of 10ha within 4 months of construction.
At the beginning of 2020, a series of Jufeng’s vendors such as Great Union International, Naise New Materials, Jufeng Packaging, Chengfeng, Runyang Technology, and Degro Adhessive… have trusted to choose VKC Group as the general construction contractor with a total area of more than 7.3 hectares. After 5 months with the efforts of the participants, the project has finished convincingly: safely, on time, and meeting the technical and quality requirements of each investor.
With confidence in the previous 3 projects, in November 2020, Jufeng appointed VKC Group as the General Contractor of 2 projects in Lot L and Lot K (also in Quang Chau Industrial Park) with a total area of 14.7 ha with a big challenge is handing over the factory premises and ensure the conditions for installing production equipment within 75 days from the date of handing over the premises. With the highest determination and professionalism, the whole project was completed and handed over to the Investor at the end of June 2021 despite the situation of the 3rd wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
